NON-PUBLIC LEAP REGISTRATION
Students who are aspiring to attend a site of the Orleans Parish School Board, in grades 5 and 9 during the 2012-2013 school year, must test and pass the English language arts and mathematics portion of the grade 4 or 8 LEAP assessment that is applicable. If your child is registering in an Orleans Parish School Board site for grades 5 or 9 of the 2011-2012 school year prior to February 14, 2012, he/she will be required to take the Iowa Placement Test and pass the English language arts and mathematics portion.

TEST & REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Test dates: March 20, 2012 & April 12 - 13, 2012.
Registration dates: January 4, 2012 – February 17, 2012.
To register your child to take the 4th or 8th grade LEAP test as a non-public or homeschooling student, please download the application and the appropriate parent checklist. Click below to access the appropriate documents. To complete the application process, a $25.00 money order (only) made payable to Orleans Parish School Board must be attached to the application. Grade 4 registrants will return the application and fee to the school where they are seeking enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year. Grade 8 registrants will return the completed application and fee to the Office of Accountability/Assessment at 3520 General de Gaulle Dr., suite 5038.
