Diplomas and Transcripts

This is the right location if you are looking for a copy of a diploma or a transcript, or you are just looking for some student record for any of the schools listed under the "Our Schools" link.  If you need to request any stident records, including diplomas or transcripts for schools not listed under "Our Schools," please contact the Louisiana Department of Education at http://www.doe.state.la.us/lde/eia/601.html.

To request records for students who are or were attending an Orleans Parish School Board school, please complete the application below.

Applications can be brought to the school board office Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm.  Diplomas & Transcripts can only be picked up on Thursdays.  Wednesday noon form drop off is the cutoff for each Thursday's pick up.  

WORK PERMITS - -

Work Permits will be processed onTuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Only from 2PM to 4PM.
